3:00 pm, unless you have a prearranged time with us.

What time is Check-Out?

Standard check out time is 11:00am

Is parking available?

Parking for one vehicle, per suite is provided.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, no.  Due to the operators severe allergies, pets are not allowed.

Is there an on-site laundry facility?

Yes, there is a fully equipped laundry room on the main floor.

Are hairdryers provided?

Yes, they are located under the sink, in each ensuite bathroom.

Do you have an ironing board and iron, available for use?

Yes, both items are located in the Laundry Room.

Is smoking allowed?

There is no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping etc) allowed in any suite.
There are designated smoking areas, located outside.

How far away is Southwoods, from Pearson airport?

Approximately, a 45 minute drive

What can we do during our stay in Oshawa?

Museums, concert venues, Oshawa Generals games, shopping, restaurants, theatre, parks and more…

In an effort to respect all guests, Southwoods requests the following:

After 10pm, guests shall be respectful to other guests’ privacy and quiet time.

Guests shall treat all common areas, such as the kitchen, laundry and dining rooms, as you would in your own home. Cleaning up after yourself, is mandatory.
